Alexander M. Turner

Alexander M. Turner joined DHW Law as an associate in 2025, bringing more than a decade of real estate law experience to the firm. A Miami native with a practical, hands-on approach, Alex strengthens the firm’s real estate practice with the perspective of an attorney who has also worked the transaction side of the business.

Education and early career

Alex grew up in Miami, Florida, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University in 2008. While at FIU, he completed an internship with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2011 and was admitted to The Florida Bar the same year.

Real estate experience

After law school, Alex focused his practice on real estate law, working for small firms and eventually as a sole practitioner. That range of experience gave him a working knowledge of every stage of a Florida real estate transaction, from contract negotiation through closing. He also holds a Florida real estate license, which adds a practical layer to the legal counsel he provides.

Outside the office

Alex has been a Pasco County resident since 2022. In his spare time he enjoys DIY remodeling projects, art, and music. A self-proclaimed Disney dad, he also likes exploring nearby small towns with his family.
