David H. Walkowiak has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area since 1989. He began his legal career in 1997 and focused primarily on real estate and immigration law. He developed substantial trial skills by working as an Assistant Public Defender before opening his own practice. As a Florida Bar board certified real estate attorney and licensed Florida real estate broker, David has the in-depth knowledge of property laws and trends throughout the state. He also represents clients involved in mediation and facilitates agreements between opposing parties as a certified circuit civil court mediator.
